Pros

Very friendly and helpful people. Management is very easy to get along with and do not micromanage. Advancement and pay are really the only problems here. Otherwise, this is a good, ethical, and supportive company to work for.

Cons

Pay raises are not on any schedule. They require a review be sent in before any request for a pay raise will be entertained. In other words, you have to ask for a raise every so often or you'll never get one. As that goes on and on, you inevitably feel overworked and underpaid.

Pros

Freedom and flexibility with time. No one cares when you show up as long as the work gets done.

Cons

Toxic. They reward the wrong people and punish the ones who work the hardest. It’s the kind of place you go if you want to gossip and do as little work as possible. There are maybe 10 employees in the entire company who actually do care and work hard while the rest of them do nothing. Management is a joke. They reprimand, berate and humiliate employees who set boundaries and say no to doing extra work for nothing and praise those who do as little as possible to stay employed. They are short staffed and the building is falling apart. They care more about paying the higher ups for doing nothing than they do about paying their bills. This is evident when you see the C level managers driving up in their brand new $50-$60,000 SUVs while the employees keeping the company running can barely feed their families.
