      Pros

      — Good team. Both the recruiting side and back office are filled with good people. I found almost all to be easy to work with, and I enjoyed being in the office. - Good terms for Direct Hire roles. 30 day as opposed to 90 was a plus. - Commission is not capped. Potential to make good money. - Wide range of roles. Always learning, I felt the training and tools were there. It is definitely a good first role in the industry - Good PTO. Accommodating to any time off needed.

      Cons

      -Recycled reqs, no new clients. Never understood why we werent getting new business. - Low starting salary. No 401k match. Healthcare benefits could have been better. - Old school leadership. The VP of the region constantly moves the goal posts on expectations. Reactionary, also was promised a hybrid schedule that never came to fruition. That was disappointing. - Family owned, nepotism is strong. I liked my direct report as a person, but I felt that he at times was not fully present, basically having free reign to be out of the office on a whim. - I saw some toxic workplace behavior that went unpunished. Definitely a bit of a boys club and not the most forward thinking/inclusive company. You can get away with bad behavior so long as you “perform”.

      Good entry level job, people that actually make up the company are great.

      Cons

      Management, no room for career growth, no culture
