Cons
No appreciation for your time and efforts. As soon as you are finished with one project, you move to another. Micromanagement, safety is mediocre and overestimated, new people start, and good people leave the job too much. Communication, good communication, does not exist! Making any suggestion is futile; nobody cares, and it’s all about getting your work finished on time, at any and all costs.
