- Managers & leadership display favouritism and lack fair mediation - Departments are siloed from each other reducing opportunities to work with and team up with departments you would not work with in your day-to-day work - Often insufficient team capacity to handle workload leading to at times months out of country trips with short breaks on return often unbalanced against personal health

The team and culture are very positive and supportive. Lots of growth and new faces, always something new to learn and grow.

As an SME with lots of growth, processes and attention to detail sometimes get lost. However Jomablue and its leadership are really good at defining the end outcomes and the roadmap ahead, so it's easy enough to forgive this a bit considering the amount of growth. I believe they are trying to fix this.
