They are relaxed on the time-off along with sick time and are understanding to unexpected events. The workload is variable depending on the day. The location is good for students and other non-career minded people being in near ASU and downtown phoenix. The management plans "fun days" every month or so which can be fun. Jomar also provides lunch once a month on a first come first serve basis.
Cons
The workers are a little clique-y and not really welcoming. As a total Jomar under pays it’s workers and over extends them. The office is loud generally after 1 pm making it hard to concentrate on working. The communication is horrible between the higher-up and the people who manage day to day operations. Generally you do not know you've done something wrong until a person is jumping down your throat demanding why. There is nepotism in the office and it's not even subtle. No advancement opportunities offered at all.
