The contractual notice periods are not industry standard. Little security as sick pay is not given. Back stabbing company nature. No 'work as a team' ethos. No real management cross departmentally. Unreachable expectations of workloads. No progression routes. They hire outside individuals without jewellery specific experience and give them free reign to be in charge. Entry level wages are not industry standard. Highest turnover of staff I have ever seen in one company, which never gets addressed, the company seem oblivious to their faults.
