Cons
Processes are old. When a person is fired, let go or quits, usually in Development Team, any bad development over the past few months of their tenor goes on that person. Stuck in their old ways. Built backwards where the Product Managers said yes to clients to build custom so it took away from correct Agile development. Sales goes and sells half built products. Blame goes back to development which goes back to a person who just got fired, let go or quit. Sales over promises, PS under delivers, Support and Development are just revolving doors for new employees. President got let go. Company has little direction and all blame goes down the chain. Upper management needs a change. Sales sells product as if it was SAP, but they only showcase minor clips of what product can actually do. You have a great wealth of knowledge that use work arounds to get what is needed done in Jonas. You also get under paid and do extra work if people are let go, fired or quit, but this could happen anywhere.
