The environment feels unstable due to frequent layoffs, creating a culture of fear where job security is constantly in question. Management offers critical feedback without being constructive, leaving employees feeling disrespected and undervalued. Leadership is disengaged from employees on a personal level, maintaining surface-level interactions as if preparing to fire people, which further diminishes trust and connection. Requests for clarity or direction are often met with vague, political responses that don’t provide real answers. There’s little effort to understand or appreciate employees' skills, leading to a sense that you're seen as disposable. Employees often feel burnt out and overworked, especially when taking on additional responsibilities after colleagues are let go, despite already being overwhelmed. Morale has plummeted, and many employees are simply relieved to still have a job at the end of each day.
