Pros
Despite the harsh conditions, some employees are nice people that are really trying their best to make the most out of this situation.
Cons
Aggressive work atmosphere. Managers frequently yell at their employees. Adding to this toxic work environment were the crazy workloads, which seemed never-ending. Impossible deadlines. Employees are expected to work overtime without receiving any extra compensation. To top it all off, bullying is accepted and sometimes even encouraged by the company culture.
