The hybrid work schedule was great.

No real HR, lower pay, unfair practices depending on the person, no boundaries. Little to no growth opportunities.

The Schedule was nice to work with as it was hybrid.

Unorganized, small budget to work with which hindered performance. Lack of communication between countries, lack of training, upper management always seems disconnected and the salaries are on the lower end.
