Pros

I received the best training possible, Great Benefits, Sales managers were always willing to help out, and the showrooms are amazing.

Cons

When the econy tanked in 2009, Jordan's " family environment" was flushed right down the toilet. Sales people are expected to walk 12 hrs day, work all major Holiday's, watch sharks steal sales from them, and are micro managed to death. They have a ranking system that will have 2 people in each store written up every quarter, and once that happens, your job doesn't stand much of a chance. You can sell $140,000 of furniture per month, but if your furniture protection was down, you will be written up. Most sales people are all very talented, but scared to death of being fired. Some don't even eat in a12 hour shift, because they are afraid of losing a sale, and it wasn't uncommon for a sales person to be crying in the back room from all the pressure.
