There are a handful of people that keep dragging this company forward that care about the people and the customers, not just the bottom line. Those same handful of people will help you even if it outside their scope.
Cons
Many employees refuse to comply with written procedures, willfully ignore specific instructions and do exactly what they are told not to, and then make it everyone else's problem to try and fix. The lack of consequences for this type of behavior has driven many high performing employees away which long term will significantly impact the companies ability to continue to be profitable and an ongoing concern.
