      Well...you get your first experience to build a resume.

      Cons

      Poor HR, poor work environment, extremely low salaries. They know that you need this experience and will use you, 11$/hour is a joke even as an entry level salary for college graduate.

      Pros

      Adored my coworkers, met some of my best friends there; commission and got payed a little over minimum wage; time-off requests usually wasn't a problem

      Cons

      Management played favourites; staff constantly got yelled at if they didn't meet their sales goal; customers were a real pain to have to deal with; at times there were cattiness because of competitive sales; store was dead 80% of the time
