Pros
You have a lot of autonomy in your projects and can learn a lot. There were many fun and interesting projects and you get the opportunity to work with international clients. Staff also go on incentive trips.
Cons
Salary was very low and allocation of work was inconsistent (either very overwhelming or very free). You would be expected to work way beyond office hours with minimal or no compensation. Projects were often done in expedient ways too.
