Pros

Fantastic culture, great people, supportive work environment, management is uniformly good to work for and with, and the job is not a grind. Don't believe the negative reviews on here - the vast majority of employees LOVE working here. You can find a few unhappy and angry people at the best companies there are - they just happen to be the ones who usually post on a site like GlassDoor. I've worked at several good companies in Silicon Valley, and Jotform is by far the best place I've ever worked - virtually all of my colleagues say the same thing.

Cons

None, except for having to work with a few entitled people who wouldn't be happy anywhere and want the rest of us to join them in their negativity.

Pros

- The SF team is easy to work with. - Other people struggling at work are easy to bond with. - You get to go home and live your life when the day is done.

Cons

The CEO thinks his ideas are law. Oh, you created a headline/email/script/project he doesn't like? Vetoed and replaced with something he deems better. Even though, yes, you are an expert in your field. A recent development has been the entire team's efforts restructured to cater to the CEO's intense obsession with AI. Would've been on board with that, but there's little method or metrics to support what the team's focusing on. Also, the SF team is required to work 5 days in the office. You are allowed 5 work from home days PER YEAR. Yes, you read that correctly, 5 days a year, not per month or quarter. Your WFH days only renew on your yearly work anniversary, so make sure to savor those 5 whole days. Don't forget to plan your year's life events around those 5 WFH days :). They are strict on these days for seemingly no reason but to keep you in line and monitor your life. It's really fun and makes people feel valued! Jotform is also something of a boy's club. They won't say the quiet part out loud, but Jotform needs more diverse leaders and team members. Stop hiring only people who look like you. And since the SF team has gone RTO, they have lost about 10 team members. Either fired or left on their own terms. Many of these roles still have not been filled. Many of these talented humans believed in Jotform at some point, but in the end the juice was not worth the squeeze. To round it all out, performance reviews are very vague! Have fun guessing if you're getting a raise or not.
