Everything about this place! The manager is a racist, sexist, pig who thinks he’s an ex cop. If you are struggling and need help, he won’t offer you any but he will bully you and make you feel stupid for asking questions. You can report anything to HR, but nothing will get done because there some weird relationship between the couple who owns the company and the guy who runs it. You’ll be locked in a box for 8 hours a day, being micromanaged and if you try to talk to your coworkers, you’ll get in trouble. Expectation is being there early and working late but not getting paid for any of it because you’re “salary”. Commission checks come out once a year, and if you quit before they come out, they will not compensate you for your sales.
