Pros
- Remote opportunities - They HAD great employees and a good culture - One of the co-founders was worthy of running the business, not full-time anymore according to his LinkedIn - Tech was average and had good potential - Depending on which department you were, you might have actually had fun for some time.
Cons
Where do I start? - Toxic behaviour from C Level -or what's left of them. - Decision Making capability is sub-zero. Takes them forever to decide on anything big or small. - Overhiring C Level, not taking action, and then not communicating or hiding when they need to take accountability. - The founder is unlikable (x10) and he has a high ego. He has publicly shown a lack of control for his temper and this has resulted in employee complaints. From my experience and those of my colleagues we believe he has an out-of-control god complex. - No work-life balance, you will get messaged and asked for late at night. - Culture has been thrown out the window.
