We recognise that the company is undergoing significant changes, and we understand that transitions can sometimes feel confusing. Our leadership team is working hard to define clearer structures and roles to ensure better alignment and communication moving forward.
We also acknowledge your concerns about recognition and rewarding hard work. Through our career pathways initiative, we are actively reviewing our performance management processes to ensure that those who consistently contribute and go above and beyond are recognised and rewarded appropriately.
