Pros

Coworkers were all amazing and that's what got me through 5 months of working there. Other than that--run.

Cons

Every single employee here does not like Nick. He's the CPO and the head of marketing but also has a hand in every department. So, if you work here, you will work closely with him. He will yell at any person for the smallest thing and in front of everyone. It's a daily thing for him to do this too. Even more, the CEO, Daniel, personally told me while in a meeting that if Nick wasn't such an asset to the company, that he would have been gone a long time ago. Lastly, 7 out of 30 people at the company got let go in March 2023 because the company isn't doing too well, so it's definitely a risk to join this team overall. (Also, giving a 1 star for work/life balance because Nick took away a couple departments' WFH days so we could "work harder." So don't be surprised if you're promised hybrid and then it changes on a whim.)
