Pros

It took me a while to get going but I really enjoy my role here. Its a demanding and challenging job but that is exactly what I was looking for at the time when I joined. It really is a great product and we work with some fantastic clients. There is a real sense of collaboration here at Joveo across all areas of the business and different parts of the globe - I have no doubt the company will expand on its current success

Cons

The training during my first few weeks was very poor. Its a very complex system to learn and even the industry itself requires a certain level of understanding which I didnt have to begin with - I had to teach myself a lot of what I needed to know as well as rely heavily on other CSMs

Support is good. Innovative company. Very customer driven. Customer success is at their core, as a value.

Cons

Could be more organized with regard to infrastructure. But, overall get's things done.
