Love everything about Jovie! - Nanny/Sitter Jovie Employee Review

I've worked with Jovie Newport Beach since 2022. I started as an on-call nanny and worked my way up into administration. I am now in charge of recruitment, event coordination, and general management. I love the company culture and encourage families to use our services and for potential nannies to apply! I have met many great people through the Jovie network! It has been great!

I can't think of any cons!

This job is very flexible, and you make your own schedule so you can work as much or as little as you want.

It can be inconsistent depending on the time of year. Also, not all jobs get paid the same amount so you could make less an hour for a longer shift depending on when it's sent out. You also don't get the same family twice UNLESS they consistently reach out to you to request you back.
