Pros

If you're a girl who can spend nights on call with the CEO (talking nothing related to work) this is the perfect place.

Cons

I still regret that I dropped a better offer and joined this company fooled by their vision and the so called innovation they use to fool their customers. I read an old 2016 review titled "If you wonder hell exists, visit Jsimple.", assuming that someone had just vented it out, probably one of my worst calls ever. I'm just adding more to that review which perfectly describes the company. 1. Yes it's a hire fire company, if you don't catch and maintain the attention of the CEO or if your views don't match with one of his closed ones, you'd be fired without notice. 2. You'd never get salary on time, moreover some people I know haven't got salary since February '20 and it's June already. 3. About the product, none of the customers are happy, they lie blatantly in their presentations, never deliver on time and the company is in a pretty bad shape financially. 4. If you see the hiring pattern, it only hires good looking girls and there's a reason for it, the CEO likes to call them any time of the day and wants them to stay on call for hours (again not a hint of it is related to work, though you'd see them stating that you might have to do late night calls since the CEO works from the US, it's all utter BS). Those you can do that without any objection, congrats you'll get above all too soon. If you have problems, find another job. 5. Lastly, don't go by the generic non-explanatory reviews. The employees are made to do this and update the LinkedIn profile as soon as they join and the CEO would keep stalking your public profiles. The reason I have put in writing such a lengthy review is to make you understand that if the only Pro I've mentioned in this review isn't applicable to you, you might suffer and regret later. It is way better to stay jobless and find a better one instead than rushing into the "Hell". But otherwise it's a good company.😛 Just kidding!! "Hell is the word"

Pros

I guess it's obvious for people with low emotional quotient to blame the situation for their own downfall. Yes, these are the whiners you'd find on the Glassdoor posting reviews because they have enough idle time for whining instead of doing a little self-introspection and start finding a purpose in their lives. C'mon, nobody can fire you if you are performing well because we all know that every company wants high-achievers to stay, no matter what. So no, I disagree with the people who are making statements that Jsimple is a hire-fire company; no, it's not. Jsimple is not a charity, and obviously, if somebody can't pull his/her own weight, then he/she will merely bring the other high-achievers down and Jsimple can't afford to lose its star performers because of the whiners. Yes, at times, companies have to let these poor performers go because if we're riding a bus and your destination doesn't match with where our bus is going, you'd better get off sooner than later. We respect your time and expect the same in return. We love crazy, curious, and hard-working professionals and know how to keep them on board.

Cons

It's not for the people who are looking for a Govt. job of 9-5 (especially if you're going to work with the development team and clients overseas). It's a fun environment only for the people who love what they do and aren't working just for the money.

Pros

Jag Singh ties with one other person for best boss ever!! I'm appalled to read the review that says that Jag preys on women in his company. Never have I witnessed this or experiences this behavior!! He is an extremely personable gentleman. He treats his employees like family. Never have I felt so welcome. He is crazy intelligent, but in no way makes employees feel like underlings. The India team is available even at odd hours of the night. They are extremely helpful with any technical issues!

Cons

The only con is that Jag is an extremely busy man, and can be hard to get ahold of! Otherwise, they are great!
