Jubilee has done a great job promoting a healthy work/life balance. They have cultivated an environment where I am excited to go to work and collaborate with my fellow coworkers. There is a relaxed feel to the office that allows me to show up as myself, but still encourages me to work hard. My manager especially is hands on in my growth which I really appreciate.
Cons
There's not many cons in my opinion. The only thing is that out office set up can be over stimulating at times. I have only been employed here for less than half a year, so I am curious to see how I scale up within this organization.
