      Mornings and swing shifts are amazing to work in with lots of colorful co-workers that you can get along with.

      Pros

      Customers are a blast. Benefits package is very competitive in the market. If you have the right supervisor you are not micro managed.

      Cons

      Mistakes are not things to learn from at this company, they are examples of poor performance to be kept for building a case for termination. COO has know idea how an operation works other than evaluating it on paper. Total lack of trust in leadership.
