Trust me. Management people here are the worst! - Almost everyday will find a bug - Subjective review from management, based on mood - Never care about subordinate. They only care for product feature and project - Rushing, they only want to have short term solution - We always try to offer good solution but rejected almost all the time. They wanna us to do their solution but they will blame us if something's wrong - No integrity, they welcome us to feedback them but actually they're anti critic - Lot of issues - All job descriptions are lie! As engineer you need also to do all, product management, ideas, development, testing (we don't have QA and PM people). - Overtime everyday! No compensate for overtime! Very bad work life balance - Only working. No career growth here (only for their circle), especially no career path for IC - Very high turnover. - Only care about project timeline - Micromanage, even they watch your social media and will mad at you if you post something that they don't like - Untrusted - They always feel correct - They talk something bad about you to next company - They don't want to improve their self. - No effective working, you always stuck with SDLC process and taking too long time, especially if reviewers are management - They don't like us to care ourself. They want you to care more on their products - In onsite, they expect you to work more a.k.a overtime since they think it's efficient and that's the purpose of onsite working - No humanity. They think you are labor - They also don't hesitate for shaming you publicly, even if you do the right thing - They only want you to improve but management don't care how to make us improve - You will under contract by Glints but they don't want to follow regulation here
