Pros

Lots of events and free meals to lure staff back to office post pandemic. Founders are inspiring. Energetic; collaborative bunch of people.

Cons

Senior management are cliquish. Lots of heads of and general managers for a small company. As a result there’s a fair bit of big egos (as majority are from big 4 banks). Average age of these people in senior positions are in their early or late 30s and they don’t necessary have technical experience in their field. Promotion can be based on nepotism. Be prepared to work long hours & lots of unnecessary meetings (typical of imported big bank culture).
