Pros
Good support for employees (esp. during covid) and perks they give, lots of events and good education opportunities and training, nice food and office.
Cons
Culture has become too toxic - only people who bring money are treated well, the rest are just puppets. Very low pay compared to the majors, lots of employees have several jobs to survive. Good talent leaving lately due to incompetent middle to senior management. Bleak outlook and share price is going down...
