      Pros

      Melbourne office is very nice. Senior leadership who started the company is amazing.

      Cons

      Recently hired a whole lot of middle management and HR. However they completely wrecked the culture through spend more time spinning up stories to hiding problem to the board and senior management than getting into it and fixing the problem. When there is an issue, these people have been pointing the fingers at the person who reported the issue rather than looking for a solution.
