Pros

This company truly cares about the populations it serves and goes above and beyond to provide good service. The passion of management and most staff is inspiring. Solid benefits package and plenty of time off.

Cons

Pay is low and, while upper management has been trying to improve that, the change is incredibly slow.

Pros

Post-adoption workers provide crucial services that can improve parenting skills, child functioning, and prevent adoption disruptions.

Cons

Working with families in crisis can be emotionally taxing, and post-adoption depression, grief, and trauma are common challenges adoptive families face.

Pros

One supervisor is extremely supportive and knowledgeable (only one), remote/hybrid work is a plus, meaningful work, supportive coworkers

Cons

Low pay with no opportunity to negotiate salary, lack of support, toxic management, high turnover rates due to employee dissatisfaction, employees fear speaking up, little to no room for growth, they boast about their "performance-based raises," but supervisors aren't allowed to rate you higher than a 3/4 unless you perform duties outside your realm of responsibility, workload can get overwhelming quickly with little to no support, poor communication, management styles differ greatly even within the same department,
