      Pros

      I would not recommend working at Jukebox. The job could be interesting, but the toxic culture and unrealistic expectations make it unbearable. The “positive, collaborative spirit” they advertise is nonexistent – management is unhelpful, and there’s constant pressure to meet impossible deadlines with outdated tools. Training and support are minimal, and the high turnover rate says it all. If you value your time and mental health, look elsewhere. This company is not worth the stress.

      Pros

      Not so bad for a job straight out of college or if you only have an associate degree. Friendly coworkers Solid work/life balance

      Cons

      Pay is a little less than industry standards Lack of opportunities to grow. They promise opportunities will come in time but who knows when that will be. Complicated system that keeps getting more complicated despite promises to the contrary and therefore results in micromanagement. High turnover. They promise a new website but who knows when it'll be here.
