      Pros

      The younger team are fantastic. Loyal, hardworking people- you will make friends for life.

      Cons

      People were belittled publicly by managers and directors. Staff given no growth and no incentives despite showing hard work and loyalty. Managers more interested with their own authority rather than growth of their staff. Pay is terrible considering you are going beyond your job role daily.

      Pros

      Great team to work for, loved my manager. Interesting variety of tasks and supportive team members across different departments. Gained valuable experience that has advanced my career going forward. Hybrid working. Cute dogs in the office which was nice. Welcoming environment all in all.

      Cons

      Small team meant more work delegated to one individual which was unsustainable sometimes. In comparison to other roles I've experienced, it honestly wasn't too bad.
