Pros
Pay is nice but they have little else to compensate for. You work two double shifts open to close. It's difficult to get time off. No sick days which in the restaurant business is a no no.

Upper Management is belittling and bullies No Human Resource Lack of Bonus incentive Upper Management Changes Offer and Contract No room for growth The cultural values are a front from upper management to build the brand. Need 1 to 2 months to request off. No sick days Horrible hours
