Pros
the bank is very employee focused (welcome package with goodies, the different back offices are very helpful etc.), very high management attention and support due to a lean organization
Cons
so far the only cons are related to the IT systems (p.e. no realtime account data, an e-banking that isn't state of the art) and client onboarding process by compliance (this issue is already placed with management).
