Pros
Joined from a much larger bank. JB is much more focused bank. Working in Zurich means most of the colleagues and management is locally. Getting to the right people is much simpler. Generally people are very friendly and welcoming. Overall positive work environment.
Cons
Most of the top management has been in the company or role for decades. There seems a bit a reluctance to change. In some areas processes and tools are few years behind common industry standards. Digital solutions / offerings need development.
