      - Great working atmosphere - Very good team spirit - Professional interaction with each other - Support is given within the team

      Cons

      - huge workload all over departments / understaffed - reputation actually "under pressure" due to press media - Typical JB sense of belonging has suffered somewhat since many UBS/CS colleagues joined last recent years - salary could be higher / not easy to get salary increase
