Pros

The only pro in this company is the pay.

Cons

The owners, upper management, and human resources do not care about employees. The will work you to death and not give a crap. And once they see you are getting overtime, they'll put you on salary. Forget about a good review, they find anything they can to not give a raise. The owner is extremely rude, he will come into the office you are in and totally ignore you but will read every email you send and receive. Upper management is strictly out for themselves and the sales team. I'm not even sure how they have any customers left with the horrible service they provide. If its not mispicking products, its the delivery. This is absolutely a toxic work environment and not in a good area of the city but management doesnt care the CS girls work late into the evening. I would never recommend this company, not even if it were the last on the planet.
