You're thinking of joining jumbotail or you're a investor these are the things that you should know: - Team & Upper management: Most of the senior people are either fired or have left the company. We've our own ways of silently kicking the butt so that it doesn't make it to media. At the start of covid there were firings including head of finance head of logistics, many senior analysts engineers and drawing teams in name of cash crunch/covid but just within weeks they started filling those positions, felt as if covid was just a random reason says a lot about the company who says its driven by values. - No Growth, One City Wonder: You might not know this from outside that the company only works in banglore and all its effort to going to other cities have failed. The CEO has himself agreed to this in one company wide meeting. - Employee Stock Options: your stocks won't be cashed in even if they're due. - Operations: Its running from god's grace. Most of the times they deliver expired things and the app remains down or gives error. The company doesn't have cash to run it. Its regular for employees being abused by the management bad words are common. - work life balance: bye bye to life Just my two cents.
