Poor work culture, Epitome of mismanagement - Anonymous employee Jumbotail Employee Review

- Jumbotail is the place where I have learnt multiple good things in my whole career till now. There is immense amount of learnings both as professionally and personally. Colleagues come here with lot of energy and passion to achieve goals in right way. - Freedom of asking questions, Knowing why are you doing what you are doing, peers/leaders honest feedbacks towards personal and professional development, Ownership as an entrepreneur, Support from colleagues at every point, A lot of fun and sometimes PJs are common ingredients can be experienced with Jumbotail Culture and core values - Leaders are great and I have always learnt form them. They understand peers/colleagues very well and helps to make it more inclusive. - There is energy, right people, dedication to achieve something bigger. - As a designer, My learnings and growth has been inclined upwards. We have strong connections with direct users. And gets to interact with them properly to achieve good design. - There is no shortcuts for a good design and that’s the best part, we get the ecosystem to choose the right path for it. - Opportunities to experiment, fail fast and learn from it. Environment full of curiosity and share knowledge. - Performance Review: We get detailed visibility and guidance about our personal and professional development from peers/seniors.

Less time to visit hometown for families.

NA. I wish there was even one good thing about this place like washroom. But the employees get double ply tissue expecting clients from outside. Maybe the air-conditioned office space, but the CEO will remind you every now and then how you are a liability in his office. Table tennis or any kind of basic rejuvinating activity? No way! This is the bottom point in your career. Period.

If you are still looking for cons, you are really struggling in this market and in that case, maybe you should join this. But be prepared to keep aside a certain amount for therapy. Sadly, the CEO takes pride in sending people to therapy.
