Pros

Staff were great products were great money was good hours were solid. I was happy to get up and go to work with the team

Cons

Owner and upper management need some work on communication, planning, coaching. They lack the ability to look at total picture and are very short sighted. They’re reactive and take it to personal. They require the ability to see an issue and plan to fix it vs make there staff feel like crap. Empowerment and inspiration is needed

Pros

The employees that are hard at work are doing the best they can. It's very difficult to say much else positive in this section.

Cons

Leadership is a joke, they have no clue how to run a business. Upper management claims to care about employee morale, health, and work-life balance but they push their best people to work 12+ hours every day including weekends to make up for the lack of talent elsewhere. Stay away as both an employee or prospective client. The company and its leadership team at the top are A JOKE!
