      Pros

      I have been at other firms and the pressure here is low. Nice not to stress too much.

      Cons

      Formerly good HFT place burdened by legacy tech stack, inefficient ops, and weak management. Promotions are driven by time at company and not skill. So many senior people are probably not employable at other firms.

      Great amenities onsite, close to transit.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment consisting of unprofessional behavior of talking badly about current and former employees by management. Historically, this company drops people left and right regardless of the amount of time they have been there.
