Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very happy that you enjoyed our emphasis on quality training and career pathways within our organization. We are sorry to hear that you felt there were so many cons to working at JumpStart. We had just completed a reorganization of the company when the Covid-19 pandemic hit, so we can see how it felt like policies were changing often. We were proud to remain open as an essential healthcare provider, however it did bring many challenges and changes to continue to ensure the health and safety of our learners and employees. To address burnout we have updated our hours of operation and transitioned to a block scheduling system to enhance work/life balance. Our staff are required to help maintain cleanliness of our centers, however we have also contracted with a third party to clean all three of our centers outside of operating hours to compliment this policy. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

- Comprehensive training and onboarding — far more in-depth than other ABA or healthcare agencies I’ve worked for - Clear, consistent expectations covered in training and written out - Supervisors are regularly on-site and available for support, and even if they aren't in the center for a day, they will answer a Slack or text quickly - Other more experienced RBTs and "support" staff are always willing to help or jump in when needed - The leadership seems to genuinely care about employees and kids - Feels like a team working toward a shared mission, not just a job

Cons

- The work can be fast-paced and demanding at times (but that’s the nature of ABA and healthcare) - High standards and accountability might not be a fit for everyone, especially those who just want to "do their own thing"
