Pros

Everyone who I've worked with here at JSMD really cares about what we are doing. We all want to help people find the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves. From the moment I interviewed I could feel the great energy everyone here has. You can always ask questions and if someone doesn't know the answer, they'll direct you to someone who may have the answer. You're never shamed out of asking questions, like I've experienced at other workplaces. We get a lot done and we have a good time doing it! I love that you don't have a chance to get bored, makes the day go by quickly! Easily the best place I've ever worked. The "higher-ups" truly appreciate their employees, you are always rewarded and recognized for the work you put in, and your success is celebrated. Highly recommend working for JSMD!

Cons

We are a bit understaffed in some clinics, but that is a temporary issue. If you aren't an early-riser you may have a hard time adjusting to the work hours. I wasn't previously an early bird but I was able to adjust my sleep schedule and after about a month I began to enjoy these hours - leaves more time at the end of the day for whatever else you need to do.

Clientswho didn’t follow the teachings and complained about not getting results.

Pros

Amazing coworkers and patients. Rewarding work. Early hours but once you’re used to them it’s awesome. Everyone is extremely kind and really cares about what they’re doing. Never had better coworkers, it’s like a family. They also do yearly reviews and, if you do well, you’ll get a raise.

Cons

Low pay and not enough PTO. MCCs do so much, it is a challenging job that honestly very few people can excel at, they should get much higher pay. Upper management that don’t work in clinic doesn’t really take feedback from employees who work in clinic.
