Most of the staff genuinely care and do their best.

Junction seems to just accept "bums on seats" in terms of who they hire. Some workers are down right unacceptable and don't even speak to the kids. There is also a culture of moving people around rather than address issues.

Making a difference to those in need - beyond the red-tape of bureaucracy - it feels good to 'get things done'.

Honestly - I just don't know, I can only see positives ..
