Pros

Until best of them were pushed out, the only positive was the people.

Cons

Neither the executive team nor the board have any understanding of disability, the NDIS or people management. If you aren’t a sycophantic female under 35, you have no hope of success here. The CEO and CFO landed at TJW suspiciously soon after the Royal Commission hearing examining their former employer (look it up - it’s a matter of public record)

Pros

Pre-Tax Salary Packaging as NFP Disability Organisation

Cons

Non-Clinical Practice Manager doesn’t understand how to best support clinicians. Excessive client loads causing burnout and high staff turnover. Executive management team is not interested in retaining quality staff - lead to complete turnover of all existing Allied Health team over 12 month period. Challenging emotional burden due to being unable to adequately support clients following ethical professional standards and principles. Serious concerns about future NDIS audits uncovering poor client service delivery.
