Pros
Loved working with everyone within the company and they promoted work/life balance and strongly encouraged healthy lifestyle by organized company activities (softball, paintball, marathon training, etc.) As well as charity work.
Cons
They have had a history of many ups and downs in revenues. Part of that was due to putting "too many eggs in one basket" (ie: automobile industry) and part due to taking some changes, which I'm not sure should be under a con necessarily !
