Pros
Some genuinely good colleagues and a few interesting projects. Contracted work with big-name brands like Coles can look good on your resume, but that’s about it.
Cons
Absolutely no support for staff. Despite working on-site for Coles, using their emails and systems, we received none of their perks or pay. Salaries were well below market rate. If Coles said jump, you had to ask how high, zero boundaries or pushback from JPG leadership. I was bullied by a newly hired manager who put me on a performance plan without following any HR processes. Senior leadership knew and did nothing. No protection, no guidance, just silence. I was nearing my 7-year service mark, and I truly believe they were trying to push me out. Toxic culture, shocking people management, and no loyalty to long-term staff. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being disposable.
