Ok - Game Developer Just Add Water (Development) Employee Review

No overtime Great projects Growing company Great team I joined just add water development (JAW) 9 months ago (May 2022). There has been a big push to essentially start from scratch with a JAW 2.0 as they call it. I've not seen any of the negatives from the previous reviews, company culture is great, loads of socials & meet ups, friendly people, big projects on the go.

I really can't think of any at this current time

- You get left alone to deliver work - You will get a salary - Good place to get your first job as they hire lots of fresh talent

- Random firings for almost no reason (I saw this 4 times in my time at JAW) - What can only be called a toxic work environment - Truly exceptionally bad management
