Pros
Nice people, good parties, manage your own diary.
Cons
Everyone has the same target despite the opportunity being different from area to area. Extreme micromanagement with trackers on all cars which will be looked at even if your figures are great. Call logs will be compared against tracker reports ect ect. No trust for there staff. Drive time isn't taken into account as part of your working day, for example if you have a large area 4hrs out of your day might be driving if not more but that wouldn't be taken into account. Very high staff turnover so constantly feel like you don't know who your team mates are. Unless you have a city as your area like London you won't progress up through the business get promoted ect ect. Was a great company to work for however changes were made in January which has made Just Eat a very stressful & frustrating company to work for. Targets have gone up, commission has been cut, charges are put in place so even if you do hit commission they can fine you for not banking on time not sorting customer complaints out quick enough ect ect.
