Pros

Good environment for learning the internal tools and processes. Opportunities to take on responsibility Excellent job for building phone confidence and acquiring customer service experience

Cons

Inconsistent processes, on several occasions raised this with quality coaches however never received responses even when the issues were core to the job role. Work falls in evenings and weekends, be prepared to lose a large amount of your social life as a consequence. Not enough staff, there were constant issues with understaffing that resulted in an inability to take holiday at reasonable times. Instead holiday was limited to random days spotted throughout the year. On leaving the role my final pay was incorrect. It took over a week of emails and phone calls to have this rectified.
