Pros
Working at JUST EAT means working with lots of great people. It's fun, collaborative and provides exciting challenges that mean no week is the same as the last. For me personally, JUST EAT has given me more opportunity to grow and develop than I could get anywhere else. If you work hard, JUST EAT will support you in reaching your potential. I have a lot of autonomy in my role and have the freedom to be creative and get thinngs done without jumping through hundreds of hoops. I also love that JUST EAT is a global business and I get the opportunity to work with teams from all over the globe, from all different cultures. They also throw the most amazing parties and there is a real sense of community - some of my colleagues are now good friends and I love coming to work.
Cons
With the high growth of the business comes a lot of chaos - things aren't hugely structured yet but we are moving in the right direction and it is an exciting challenge.
